High quality CCA composite bar busbar/copper clad aluminum composite busbar
Copper clad aluminum(CCA) composite material,structured as three layers comprising of copper cladding layer,aluminum core and metallurgical bonding layer, the bimetal interface achieves metallic bonding and generates intermediate compounds.
CCA busbar is replacing copper busbar for electrode of electrical equipment, industry and building electricity control cabinate, subway and high speed train electricity transmission, it voids the cooked surface, arcing, overheat, reduces power consumption,has significant economic and practical prospects.
Phisical Characteristics of CCA Busbar:
1. Sectional-surface ratio of cladding copper ranges from 15%-30% (the regular sectional-surface ratio is 20%. Can be customized according to order requirement).
2. Mass ratio of cladding copper ranges from 30%-60% (the regular mass ratio of cladding copper is 45%).
3. Coating layer uniformity: The thinnest point > 90% of the average thickness of the cladding copper.
4. Straightness deviation ≤ 0.15%
5. Tolerance: Width ±0.3mm, thickness ±0.05mm
6. Interfacial bonding strength (shear strength) shall be greater than the antishear strength of aluminum (50MPa -80MPa under normal condition).
7. Shape: The side of the cross section are rounded, R=1/2 thickness
8. Temper: Soft or hard
9. When bend the broad side 90°, the cladding copper shall exhibit no crack, the cladding copper and the aluminum core shall not separate.
10. Surface: After sanding and polishing, no visible defects
11. Shipping condition: coated with anti oxidant protection (Antioxidant period under normal temperature conditions is over 180days), wrapped with plastic insulating film.
